Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade and downgrade my package at any time?

Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time within the Billing tab of your Admin Dashboard.

What if I go over my attendees limit?

Sometimes events end up being more popular than you originally planned for. If you see the attendance numbers getting close to your limit, you can upgrade your plan via the Dashboard. If you choose not to upgrade, and surpass your max attendee limit, any users past your limit will not be able to join.

What training packages does Sequel offer?

We offer Training and Enterprise/OEM support packages as an add-on for all of our customers. All paid support packages include a dedicated Customer Success Manager to assist with training and implementation of the Sequel modules to set you up for success!

Does Sequel offer non-profit discounts?
