Can I upgrade and downgrade my package at any time?
Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time within the Billing tab of your Admin Dashboard.
What if I go over my attendees limit?
If you go over your allotment, we will send you a warning but will not stop your live session. If this keeps occurring, we will block new users above the limit from joining the session.
What training packages does Sequel offer?
We offer Training and Enterprise/OEM support packages as an add-on for all of our customers. All paid support packages include a dedicated Customer Success Manager to assist with training and implementation of the Sequel modules to set you up for success! Learn more here.
